Having recently undergone this process, I can recommend the State Farm Agency of Kurt Bruno in Mendota, Illinois. They have provided excellent service to me throughout the challenging process of selecting insurance products to meet my needs. My initial request for a quote on both Home and Auto policies was sent via email. And I was provided with an immediate response from Kristin Campbell, the multiple line representative for the agency. Over the course of the next few weeks, I had multiple email conversations with Kristin, to clarify specific aspects of the quotes. In addition, just prior to making my final decision, I spoke to her on the telephone to ask a few remaining questions that I felt were best addressed in that manner. I found her on all occasions to be friendly, polite and professional. She has a thorough knowledge of the business and was able to explain insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner. In addition, I had the opportunity to meet with her in person at their office in Mendota, Illinois to finalize my purchase of the Home and Auto Policies. I found the office to be bright, clean, well decorated for the upcoming Valentine’s day holiday yet at the same time very business-like and professional. The receptionist was friendly and attended to my arrival immediately, and Kristin conducted the final phase of my purchase in a prompt and professional manner, explaining the few remaining aspects of the policies and providing me with the documents verifying my new coverage. She is a valuable asset to the agency. I also had the opportunity to meet with the agent, Kurt Bruno, who wished to verify that my needs had been addressed and thanked me for my business. In the days following the visit to the agency, I installed the electronic beacon that is part of their safe driving program. This device was easily ordered through the app on my phone. It arrived within a few days and was easily installed in my vehicle. I then received the paper copy of my new Homeowners policy in the mail. I read through both the paper copy of the homeowners policy and the online copy of the Auto policy and found both to be as easily understandable to the layman as I believe is possible for a modern day legal document. With so many companies making claims of huge savings if you make the switch to their services, trying to find insurance coverage in our modern world can be a confusing and time consuming process.
